Aindrita Ray may have made a name for herself in Kannada cinema. But few know that the actress is a Bengali!

The rising star and newest sex symbol down south chatted with her fans about her first Kannada film, Meravanige and her recent hit Junglee. She also spoke about her forthcoming films with Prem, Prajwal Devaraj and debutant Chiranjeevi.

aindrita ray answers, Thank you! Meravanige was my first film amd I have grown as an actor in Junglee. There’s lot more to come.

yogaraj asked, Hi andrita how is life going after the success of the movie Junglee…..Wat r the offers u accepted after junglee movie success.What made u to go so bold in the movie junglee? U look very gorgeous in the songs. Even u got little space to show talent u excelled in that. 
aindrita ray answers, Thank you for all the compliments! It’s great. The response has been tremendous. I’ve accepted two projects — one with Ajay under Ananthraju’s direction and another with Diganth under Yograj Bhatt’s direction. I want to be projected differently in each movie. It was my first sensuous number and was aesthetically cinematographed my Satya Hegde sir.

aindrita ray answers, I was nervous in my first movie. Mahesh Babu, the film’s director was so cool and just like a friend. He made me feel comfortable. In Junglee, I felt like part of a family.
