The ‘Empire State of Mind’ hitmaker walked down the aisle on Saturday in Corsica, France in front of family, friends and stars including U2 rocker Bono and actress Queen Latifah, Contactmusic reported. The 29-year-old singer wore a flowing white gown and headband, while the groom wore a white tuxedo jacket, pink shirt and bow tie for their big day. 

The nuptials on the Mediterranean island proved to be a relaxed affair. Keys showed off her baby bump in a bikini while enjoying a dip in the pool before exchanging vows. She announced her pregnancy and engagement to Beatz in June and their first child is due later this year.

The actress was released at 1:35 am (local time) today from the Lynwood Regional Detention Facility here, but that did not end her legal saga as she had to head straight to a court ordered rehab facility, reported American website TMZ. 

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department spokesman Steve Whitmore announced that the ‘Mean Girls’ star has been released from jail following good behaviour and because of overcrowding at the facility. The 24-year-old was kept in a sequestered unit of the woman’s prison since July 20, which has housed other celebrities like Paris Hilton and Michelle Rodriguez. 

Lohan, who was jailed for violating probation on a 2007 conviction for driving under the influence, is now at a substance abuse treatment centre, the location of which is being kept a secret. TMZ reported that Lohan will now go to the UCLA Medical Centre for an intense specialised programme to deal with psychological as well as a addiction problems. 

Earlier it was reported she was due to check into Morningside Recovery rehab centre in Orange County, California, as soon as she was released. Yesterday Lohan’s lawyer hit back at claims that she is to be treated for addiction to Methamphetamine and bi-polar disorder during her court-ordered 90 days in rehab. 

But Lohan’s lawyer attorney Shawn Chapman Holley told RadarOnline that her client is not a meth addict. “Lindsay isn’t a meth addict. I have no idea where that came from, but I can tell you, it’s false,” said Holley.

“It’’s a conflict of interest if he’’s putting her in his own sober house but not doing anything for her legally,” the New York Daily News quoted Michael Lohan as saying. 

“An attorney is ethically responsible for defending their client to the best of their ability.” 

“But when you have an attorney like Robert Shapiro, who went through so much with his own son and knows the effects of prescription medications, it doesn”t make sense that he did nothing to appeal her case and get her off the meds before she goes to jail,” he added.

Andrew Morton, author of the upcoming book “Angelina: An Unauthorized Biography,” has revealed many unknown things about Jolie in the book. 

“Angelina Jolie is a woman who lives in plain sight. But what you see is certainly not what you get, as I discovered when I started to look at the reality of her life as opposed to the public image,” the New York Daily News quoted Morton as saying. 

“I think my biography will genuinely change the way people view her — and the way she sees herself.” 

On Jolie’s obsession with death Morton said: “She wants to see what it’’s like on the other side. It’’s not that she wants to kill herself; she is curious about the experience of death.” 

Morton, who became famous with his sensational best-selling bio ‘Diana: Her True Story’ has promised that his latest book, due out Aug. 3, would expose the woman he describes as “one of the most fascinating and enigmatic celebrities on the planet” for who she really is.
